In the Middle of Tech

 Tech could be really wonderful and/or very complicated, it depends on how much each team member did to prep for this crucial time when you are in the final steps. All the elements now must come together and create one cohesive production.

For me Tech is where I get to play, tech is when some "limitations" or situations might spark a better idea. It is when we all should stay on our toes and be willing to GROW and EVOLVE with the reality of the Space, the Time, and the Elements that are added while not losing focus and the perspective/purpose of the story that we are telling.

The current Production that we are working on has many elements and Salgado Productions is doing everything in it's power to achieve that they all co-exist in harmony without over shadowing each other.

There is one thing that is clear, THE PREPARATION YOU DO BEFORE GETTING TO THIS POINT IS CRUCIAL. How well did you communicate your ideas and needs and how prepared are you to guide the teams forward.

Directors, Choreographers, Producers, we are all slaves of the work that's being created. Just as a president should be a slave to the betterment of his country and it's people. We must find ways to Inspire, Nurture, Guide, Support and achieve the needs of every component and team. We drive a truck forward by foot and we must love carrying that cross or else, everything might fall down and sink.



Producing a great show is not an easy task but it is a lovely one and if you have taken the proper steps and attention to the details to get everyone entering the theater READY then it should be a GREAT ride. We need each other and ONLY TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE OUR GOAL!
