Embracing questions as a tool for growth...

Remember when you were a little kid and you would ask your parents "Why?" about something (or everything) and your parent's answer would be, "Because I say so!" Wait! Or was that just me? Regardless, I grew up never wanting to be that way, never wanting to have the answer I receive or give be "because I say so". Although, I have learned as I have grown, that at times in certain situations this is the answer that will allow action and progress to move forward. But for the most part, if there is purpose in the work there will always be an honest reason to give when developing, building, constructing or giving birth to something new. I am blessed, as I have a smart, active, and inspiring group of advisers that I can always trust to ask me questions. I am just one person with a dream and a passion and we already know “ no man is an island ”. I depend on the various passions, talents and points of view of those around me in order to grow, question and...
