Cooper, a soldier on leave from Afghanistan, meets up with former childhood neighbor, Kate, at Zuccotti Park, where she is part of the Occupy Protests. He gets caught up in a scuffle between protesters and police, and ends up in jail with Kate. Cooper soon discovers that Kate has changed quite a bit since their Iowa days, and they disagree on almost everything.
