  On May 16th at NYC's Ziegfeld Theatre, Telemundo held one of the hottest celebrations of the Upfront season. I had the honor to bring the physical storytelling of Theatre/Dance to the network's event for a 3rd year.  After opening  In The Heights  in Oklahoma on April 22nd and  On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan  World Premiere in Spanish at Teatro GALA May 5th, I feel blessed to have led 36 artists in a journey of hope and empowerment at the  Telemundo Up-Fronts  event. With a-list performers and a group of talented dancers from NYC, the event celebrates the Latine community, artists and stories on the Spanish language network. Esta realidad que hoy nos viste, causa tanto impacto y a la vez nos lleva de la mano a tantas cosas nuevas, o quien sabe, no tan nuevas… Porque quien sabe a qué llamamos (o llamo) nuevo hoy. A veces es simplemente el regreso a lo cercano, un re-encuentro con la raíz de nuestro ser. Un re-encuentro obligatorio con lo que necesitamos recordar, aprender, o limpiar dentro de nosotros mismos. Siempre me pregunté cómo caminar hacia la verdad, pero.. ¿Cuál es la verdad? ¿Cómo caminamos cuando el mundo se ha detenido? ¿Cómo conectamos? ¿Cómo entregamos? Son tantas las preguntas…  Con este sentimiento de haber perdido el control en nuestro universo, ¿logramos ver cuán vulnerable somos? ¿Supimos encontrar en el conflicto presente un momento para observar profundamente nuestro status humano y valorar el regalo de la vida? Esta sensación de encontrarnos en el medio, entre la acción y un sueño, entre el miedo y el estanque, es una cosa tan particular y relativa de cada ser humano... Una mezcla de percepción, de ritmo y de disciplina.
